Preforming a demo product

The below video shows the preforming of dry glass fabric using our UV curing binder. The glass fabric is put into the preform mould. Through air suction the glass is kept in place. The binder is applied by hand. This will be automated for production. The next step is to properly compress the fabric by completely closing the mould with some plastic foil.

Application of the UV light then cures the binder in a short time and the preform can be released.
